Storms a-coming.

Things didn't go to plan but we still made the most of the day with a BBQ at my place followed by some splashing around at "Orympic Park". A belated happy birthday to Daniel Huang also!
Almost everyone seems to be wearing black and white with a token blue and grey. =)

The arrival of a lone Terracotta General from the province of Shaanxi set its first footsteps in front of my door and boy was he a pain to unpack from his box. Straight from the Terracotta factory in Xi'an, he is every bit the $150AUD I paid for. =)

Everybodyyy put your drinking goggles on!
Happy birthday DK and a happy Australia Day to everyone. =)

So I told my brother to scan me the photos we bought from the theme parks at Gold Coast.. This one always cracks me up when I see it!

Photo walls!
Work in progress.

Amidst all the tense tennis watching, Rosie decided to relax on my bed unnoticed until I caught her just before going to bed.
Markets by Moonlight @ The Rocks

Photo set for Markets by Moonlight @ The Rocks! Click image for link to set.

Sorry guys! Didn't get home until 4am in the morning and collapsed into bed as soon as I got home.
Last night Nat and I headed over to the Markets by Moonlight @ The Rocks which was pretty awesome fun and of course - plenty of happy snaps. Here's one of her indulging in chocolate strawberries!
Hope you have an awesome time in Vietnam Nat! See you when you get back. =)

So the highlight of my evening was just about spent 'pimping' up my jailbroken iPhone. Here is the end result - excuse the blurriness of it all.. couldn't get it any better!

I was supposed to take my camera with me to oz-tag tonight but unfortunately admist all the frantic scrambling for personal belongings and football boots, I forgot to bring it along.
Alas, Dad was cleaning his beloved aquarium when I got back and also bought some new fish. Here's a couple!

Dad was bored one day (like he often is now that he's not working) and being a garden lover decided to build his own vineyard that went along our backyard. Having spent weeks and weeks making sure that it looked spectacular, this is the progressive result of one side of our backyard.

Day 4: 16th January
Oh behold! The heavenly Cabramatta Chicken Roll! Yes it deserves a title with capital letters for its name.. Mmmm..
I would've taken a photo of the store chick who worked at 3 whilst I was there to provide a valid Medicare card for my plan (my previous one had expired without me realising) who had ridiculously amazing hazel eyes for an asian but that would've been.. a) creepy and b) didn't have my camera on me.
This will do!

Took advantage of a cooler day to go out the backyard and have a bit of a run around with Rosie. She loves her tennis ball but you'd have to fight over it with her to get it back again.

I've decided to do a 353 set which is basically a 365 "a photo-a-day" set except I'm about 12 days late in starting haha.
So here's Day 1

Packages in Shanghai arrived this morning to the sounds of my dog going off! Here's one of the little trinkets I managed to get.. Monkey King FTW.
